Photometric Spot Light is missing

Hi,
I just installed the new 4.8 version and I cannot find New Photometric Spot Light option on the Create menu. Does this option only appear if I have NVIDIA card only? (I am using ATI Radeon).

    Photometrics have been combined into the standard lights.

    When you edit the light properties, the photometric options are only visible when you have Iray rendering selected.
    Similarly the shadow bias, shadow softness etc. is only visible when 3Delight is selected.

    (In the current release the options are still visible but become non-editable. In the latest Beta they are actually made invisible)
