PHP config error

I keep getting this message when I try to upload a Picture to the forums. Its only 2.35Mb and I've never had this problem before, even with larger images.

    2000 x 2000 pixels is max size.

    It is only 1920x1035

    Got it posted by opening the image in paint and saving it as a jpeg

    i getting same so i made smalest images by mb size
    its working below 2mb

    Yes has to be a jpg or a png or a gif

    what is the max file size for Attachments on this forum ?
    below is wroted Max Size: 9999KB and my image is 2523KB
    and i m getting this error ....

    pixel max size 2000 on biggest side. and it appears that we are now limited to 2000kb
