Water Miners work in progress Commercial

It's hot and only getting hotter. Droughts are spreading and water is becoming a commodity which wars will be fought over. Sounds like Sci-FI right? Well It's not and that's a bit scary. One thing a not too distant future may see is hard rock water mining for water. Grabbing what water is left trapped in pockets of stone beneath the sun dried surface.
This is a set I am working on to reflect that world.

Brilliant concept from a story telling perspective. Dune meets MadMax and totally based on our own near future possible reality given the way we're destorying the environment. Water is a commodity. So true.
Great modelling too. Can't wait to see these textured.
Nice one. Look forward to seeing more.
Thanks guys I just started textures, still a way to go.
I would love to see some h20 containers that slip into crates that can be loaded onto a truck bed.
Also an office/shack with room inside to cool off and barter for the water.
This set will work soooo well for near and distant future.
Shall I say it...Its positively dripping with potential.
Ps. drip props would be awesome. :cheese:
Getting thing together.
Nice looking set.
Very neat!
Thanks and I tried to make it as kit bash friendly as I could.
Oh that's very very nice.
Doors that open?
There is a door, only one, I have no idea how they keep getting into the rock hut. But as of now it is fixed in place. I always, or should say never know where to stop. Working doors lead to interiors and a whole other sets. I do the small hall sometimes I guess that works.
Nice promo renders!
They have a real gritty feeling.
Thanks, that is the set pretty much unaltered. I rendered with no back ground and added that in photoshop but I could have used any of the sky domes in my runtime. One of them I did some post wok as you can tell, but not on any of the ones showing the props. Those are untouched they are just as they are.
Stop making me buy your stuff!!
Actually, that will come in very handy. It looks a lot like an old scetch I did that I wanted to make into a render. It should look really good in Iray.
