genesis basic clothing rig kit what about it?

I am interested to do some editing of character clothing is this a good tool for this.

Sometimes I want to make short pants long, some wrinkles, some hats, etc.

I would think it an advantage to have a wiremesh type of overlay screen as this appears to me

    This is a set of rigged figures intended to be used as donors, so that people don't have to set up skirt handles from scratch. It has nothing to do with the initial; model creation, which is what you appear to be looking for.
