DAZ Newsletter - How to subscribe?

I remember that there used to be a newsletter that was sent every few days, containing new assets or recommendations of existing products.

How can I subscribe to this newsletter?

I couldn't find anything on the DAZ-website. The DAZ-support also coudn't help. Does that newsletter still exist?

    Damned if I know... My answer at the moment would be "in no normal manner"... 

    I thought it would be located in the user account info, probably under "Alerts & Messages" where a normal website would leave those options available... but unless it disappears as a choice when you are already subscribed, there is nothing there... or anywhere I looked.

    I'm currently subscribed (until I guess it unsubscribes me for some random reason at some future point) and aside from being able to unsubscribe from the newsletters via the email, I see no way of subscribing.

    I know over the years, I've gotten unsubscribed and the last time was a couple of years ago and I don't recall it being so clandestine a process.

    I'm really curious now where the hell they hid that.

    Maybe it's a puzzle and you win a free cookie if you figure it out?

    So after reading a couple of posts from at least 2017 till 2020, the answer seems to be... 
    Are you ready for it....

    Contact Customer Service.

    Because: Why not?

    Adding that feature to the user account options was too difficult I suppose considering the limitations of the crappy software employed in this customer/user experience.

     

    Remember kiddies... When chosing your store software, always chose the one that adds the most number of steps to the user's experience!... People love contacting Customer Service!

     

    Of course I could be wrong... but still... maybe it's located somewhere unintuitive... 
     I checked several websites I frequent and that option is available in my User Account settings on all of them, so in my opinion if it's not easily available in the event it gets shut off by a glitch, it's pretty lame that it's not easy to find.

    You may need to open a ticket https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us , assuming you have checked the spam/junk folder on the ISP/email provider's site

    Customer Service had responded again, saying that there was an issue with my email domain (hotmail) but that has been solved and as of Saturday, I am receiving the Newsletter again :-)

    In your account, go to Alerts and Messages, you can turn them back on. My turn off about every 2 months and I have to go turn them back on.

    I don't know if others exist, but I'm receiving two from Daz: a daily one, with the new products of that day, and one for Daz+, when a new Daz+ Freebie is available.

    I couldn't find any method to manage newsletter content. Only in the "alerts" section of your profile there is "Marketing Sales Emails" - on or off. That's it.
