Rons sci-fi brushes 2 will not load into photoshop!Looking for a refund!

just bought rons sci fi brushes 2 and they will not load into photoshop. the file itself from ron is a csh. file not an abr file. How do i go about refunding my purchase?

I hate it when i buy something and it does not work!

    Click on the Help tab on the Web page. Select Contact Us. Select Submit A Help Request. Write your request for a refund and choose Sales (not Tech Support) in the drop down box. Submit it. Wait a couple days.

    The product description says they are Photoshop Custom Shapes (.CSH) which are used with the Custom Shape Tool.

    To address the question you didn't ask - the CSH files are Photoshop custom shapes, not brushes. I hope that helps you actually be able to use them. Google can probably tell you how to load and use them.

    Umm...they aren't brushes. But rather they are Custom Shapes.

    One of the big differences is where they install to...they don't go in with the brushes, but, rather, in the Custom Shapes one.
