Saving custom-made characters

I want to be able to save custom-made preset characters to the Daz Studio library, but I dunno how to do so. Like, I've made a character with multiple skins, morphs, etc., and want to save it for later use, so I won't have to remake it from scratch. In Poser, all I'd need to do would be to create a new file in the libraries, but since I'm forced to use Daz Studio (for some reason, none of my Poser programs want to work without glitching on me), I dunno how to do that. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

Apparently, I can't save presets, because the models I have aren't triax weight-mapped figures, and the newest Daz Studio requires that to save models as character presets. *sighs* I wish I had a working Poser program...

File - Save As - Scene Subset... You can merge subsets into the scene by draging and droping or right clicking on it and using Merge into the scene.

Or maybe (Im not sure about that one) File - Save As - Deprecated - Character Preset (.ds*)...

If you save you character as a 'Scene Subset' then that will include anything that you select with that character, clothes, hair etc. etc.

You can then load or 'Merge' that scene subset into any other scene, and have it in your library. It will save in DUF format of course.

    EDIT:

    XPost Ben :)
