Cannot get Reality 4 to work

Good evening guys, really could use some help. My reality 4 has been asking me for my serial number after I updated to DAZ 4.8, but when I put it in, it keeps saying it is incorrect!!! And now, its not allowing me to use Reality. Has anyone else heard of this issue or experienced it. And if so, how can I fix this. Thanks:cheese: again.

    I would send a support ticket to DAZ about this.

    1st up, Try uninstalling Reality 4, and Re-Installing but this time Right Click on the Installer and select Run As Administrator.

    If that doesn't work try again but this time try disabling your firewall and ant-virus as this can sometimes interfere with the registration process.

    I would also took a look at the official Reality for DS forums over at RuntimeDNA

    If you still can't find an answer then post there, as Paolo (the creator of Reality) often visits and responds to questions on a regular basis.

    If/When you do post there then try to give as much information as possible, Like where you purchased your copy of Reality, What version you currently have and what solutions you have tried.
