DAZ Install manager failure

So for some reason every time I install and try to use the DIM to install the current version of DAZ studio i get an error message. Now I was curious. Is it possible for me to install DAZ studio using the smith micro install manager since it seems to be working fine??

    You can download a stand-alone installer from your Product Library, or if you tell us what the error message is we could figure out what the problem is.
