GAME LICENSE QUESTION

If you are NOT creating a motion style game (i.e., console or PC) but rather a mobile app game (Android/iOs etc) like a card based game with an RPG style storytelling but no motion just still imagery is going to be used, do I still need a game license?

I'm thinking the answer is yes regardless, but I'm just curious and wanted confirmation.

What about digital comics if I'm looking to sell them (also via app)?

    If you are talking about a game which is based purely on 2d renders, like sprites etc, then you won't need game licenses. If you are going to be including any geometry (mesh) form DAZ 3D products then you would need licenses.
