Side Panels Disappeared

They [Side Panels] are gone. I don't like putting all my tabs on top. How can I get tehm back?

Change the layout to something else, then switch back to your preferred layout.
There is also a script for toggling the side panels to show/hide: Forum Post and in one of mine a few past that one I put an icon if people want it too.
