can't find decimator

hi. i bought decimator today and can't find it. it is not showing in window>panes or in content library. i am pretty sure it's installed. the installer ran and the files are there in proper folder.... what should i do... please help.

    First of all, to find out if any plugin is properly installed, go to Help > About Installed Plugins.

    You should see Decimator listed there (maybe under Game Developers Bundle) and it is probably looking for a serial number. Your serial will be in My Account > Serial Numbers. Enter that and it should then install fully.

    The web is a mystery to her, thank goodness. I buy her Kindle books now and again for her iPad, and that keeps me out of trouble :)
