there is only an OBJ file and nothing else

where is it ?

    There should be a duf-file.

    What does it look like if you go to the product in the content library.

    There should be two packages, one with the full DS version and one with the OBJs for people without/not wanting to go through DS.

    It's still missing in DIM. Support ticket opened on it.

     

    Edit:   According to support: "DIM Advanced Settings > Downloads > ensure the box next to DSON importer for poser is checked".
