Oh that's perfect! I knew he put up some of his stuff there but didn't know if they were all there.

Here is my submission for this contest: "A Housekeeping Horror Story"

Non-free:

Photoshop - for making the spill cutouts and mold overlays
Illustrator - for making the Ice Cream label and paw-print cutouts

Could easily have used free apps for these but since I already have Creative Suite & Affinity Suite installed I didn't feel the need to install a 3rd set of tools.

Motel Room - Motel Room by zombietaggerung @ renderosity.com/freestuff (you can barely see it but the walkway outside the room is also using a copy of the wall of this asset on it's side)
Walkway Railing (also barely noticeable since I put the cart in the way) - Modern railing Free 3D model @ cgtrader.com/free-3d-models
Housekeeping Cart - Hotel Housekeeping Cart 3D Model.3ds -> Converted to blend by Fabconvert -> Converted to obj with Blender (I didn't realise at the time I could skip this step and go straight to obj with Fabconvert) -> Single surface re-assigned with Geometry Editor in Daz by me -> Metal & Plastic shaders applied as appropriate from default/inbuilt Daz presets -> Simple base colours applied by me
Folded Towels x2 (Object) - Towels.3ds @ archibaseplanet.com -> Converted to obj by Fabconvert
Folded Towels x2 (Texture) - Fabric - Green Towel - Seamless Texture With Normalmap @ opengameart.org (I only used the normal map from this as white towels seemed more appropriate so just used base colour)
Spray Bottles x2 - Spray Bottle 3D by parfe @ turbosquid.com -> Single surface re-assigned with Geometry Editor in Daz by me -> Simple base colours assigned to the lid and nozzle
Bucket - Plastic bucket 3D Model @ free3d.com -> Manually rigged by me (with help from WP Guru) so I could fold the handle down and fit it under the laundry bin in the cart.

Ice Cream Spill - Simple cutout applied to primative plane made by me and dripped over the radiator by using dForce - didn't work out as I planned which is why it's partially covered with the microwave (pulled from the back wall of the Motel asset as linked above)
Other spills & Urine stain - all simple cutouts made by me applied to a primative plane, liquid shader from Daz defaults applied and coloured with base colour

Spent far longer on this than I planned - mainly because I am not so good at finding all the free assets and also because I am a clumsy idot that keeps moving the wrong things by mistake. However, I got to play around with a few new things so definitely time well spent :)

The tale: (Entirely fictional)

Smell like... uhhmm teen spirit? The famous American rapper Dr. 2-PIC, who had been in the studio all day recording his latest album, took a short break and, while enjoying a hand-rolled cigarette, spoke to 2 fans who happened to see him standing outside the studio building. Claire was so nervous she poked him with the old-fashioned notepad for his signature and Alysha went all out taking pictures. Barret (his real name) became slightly annoyed by his manager who yelled at him to come back inside. "Whot man? Whot strong smell?"
