New Gen 3 arms don't twist and bend.

You should have 'Twist' sliders in the Parameters pane for say, 'Left Shoulder' and 'Left Forearm' etc, what are you trying to Twist or Bend?

I'm trying to twist and bend left and right shoulder and forearm.
This options are in my parameters panel but I can't twist shoulders and twist and bend forearms.
In parameters panel there are no option to bend forearms

Does your Scene pane look like mine, with G3F selected? The Parameters pane should also look like below.

    438 x 746 - 203K
    Untitled-2.jpg
    384 x 768 - 113K

    Mm... Ok, perfect! Thanks.
What do you think, this problem (bug) will be fixed or not?

Ahh... sorry. Yes, my pane looks like yours.

What bug? The splitting into twist and bend bones is a consequence of the new rigging system - unfortunately the DS (and Poser) system of having different maps for twist and each bend isn't supported in most applications which is why export via FBX into those has always been poor (and the system is also awkward to use when adding a lot of bones as with the new facial rigging) so G3F has opted for the more widely supported single weight map per bone system, but that does mean twists - which affect the whole length of the limb - has to be handled separately from the bends - which have a more limited area of effect.

There is no bug that I can see? Are you saying that you cannot see the sliders in the Parameters pane like in my image?, or that they don't move when you slide them? It works for me, so I don't know what you mean by a 'bug'

I say that my panes is like yours and that I can't see the sliders to bend forearms... so, looks like your image.
The shoulder and forearm twist work only when I select they from the scene pane... from the parameter pane twist dosen't work (twist).
Richard saying that this is a conseguence of the new rigging system, so I understand, this is not a bug.
I don't like this new system, I prefered when I can twist it directly whit the rotate tool in the 3d viewport.

What you are describing is a problem of one of the previous versions of DAZ Studio. It should actually be solved with the current version. I'm running the public beta version 48.0.56 and for me twisting the thighs/forearms/shoulders within the viewport using the rotation tool works. The twist slider in the parameter pane on shoulderbend, forearm bend and thigh bend is working as well. I do not specifically need to select the new twist bone in order to twist shoulder/thigh/forearm. Try updating studio and see if that helps.

With genesis 3 ? Are you sure ?
I have last version 4.8 of Daz installed

    Absolutely sure.

I don't update the general release version anymore because I'm only working with the public beta and in that version it works perfectly fine.

As you can see in the screenshot - I've clicked on the shoulder and the shoulder bend gets automatically selected. And now I can twist the shoulder with the rotation tool or I can use the twist slider on the shoulder bend in the parameter pane - works both for me.

I am using 4.8.0.59, the release version, and the Rotate tool works in the Viewport as normal.

The Production Build is ahead of the Public Beta at the moment.

Not a problem...but it's one of the reasons to keep current on the updates, because, yes it was a problem, but fixed.
