Materials doesn't load

Hello, i'm new with daz3d, and after several tries, i finally installed girl 6 bundle. BUT now i have this material issue. Hair and clothes just appear as a white thing, and clicking in their respective materials doesn't change a thing. Girl skin, eyes and all works well. What is wrong? Thanks.

You need to select the hair or clothing after loading it to apply the textures to it.

I can't even get my hair, eyes, or clothes to load. She poses fine, but nothing else is working. I am new as well.

You also need to select the model before hair or materials will load on the model. Didn't you get a message telling you an error had occurred? Or similar wording.
