Is there a Native North American character

Hi,

Reading the news today I read that "Academy apologises to Sacheen Littlefeather for abuse suffered while turning down Marlon Brando's 1973 Godfather Oscar" and it made me wonder. Is there a native North American base character for generation 8 characters, both male and female? There are base chanracter for lots of indigenous peoples.I just don't know if any are North American Indian. A base character would be magnificent because then the various Nations could be reflected in variations.

    Dasan and Alawa are Native American base characters, and there are a few PA characters like Tennessee and Xochil as well.

    Thanks Gordig, I have Alawa, not Dasan. I also like the look of Xochil so I added it to my wishlist and also the Ktarya outfit.

    I may be wrong, but I always got the feeling that Scar 8 could be, too. None of the promo images show it directly (more portraying him as a 'Conan' type from mythical Cimmeria) , but the whole body shape suggests it to me. Longish black hair & I think he'd look right.

    Thanks RichardandTracy, I have Scar and the "Conan or barbarian" clothing, great fan of Robert E Howard and his Conan books. I also thought Ashan 8 may have been North American Indian but the promo indicates elsewhere. I have Holt 8 as my "cowboy" and wanted an Indian so they can, maybe, re-write history (if only we could). But, afterall, this is fantasy and the images we make are a reflection of us as individuals.

    As I said, I could well be wrong, but imagine with long hair & no beard, possibly with a different skin tint. Maybe.

    She's not a core character, but my Chooli model was created from references of Navajo women.

    Thank you Quixotry. Very nice character. Unfortunately, I have over spent this month so I added Chooli to my wish list. If I had been actually thinking, I would have done a search on "Native American". I now have and there are a lot of results ranging from gen 4 characters to gen 8. Some I already own, some I have added to my wish list.

    I have been very naughty, and a check of my bank balance confirms, but I found Chooli, see image, Xochil and Tennessee in my wish list at a good discount so I purhased them, Also Wachiwa hair and costume (for G2F) on sale.
