Iray Section Plane Nodes - How to only section specific models?

When I create an Iray Section Plane Node it cuts my entire scene in half. Is there any way to make the node only slice a specific model, or is that not possible?

    Not, as far as I know, possible - you have to position it so it cuts only what you want, if that isn't possible you may need to do two renders and layer one over the other.
