Character Converter from Genesis 2 Female to Genesis 8 Female by Riversoft Art Problem

I bought Character Converter from Genesis 2 Female to Genesis 8 Female by Riversoft Art and I attempted to convert a G2 Female to G8 with their script.  Everything went fine until I lost all my matts for the character. Now the skin has no color and I don't know how to get the skin materials put on the G8 newly converted character.  I didn't realize at first, but it totally wipes out the previous G2 character, it seems. I thought the skin material files automatically copied over also.

Help anyone???
