Problem while saving scene

This is what i get when i try to save a scene. i already have a duf file under scene directory but when i try to replace it or even change the name of current scene, this is what i get from log. Am i doing something wrong?

Can you use File>Save As to save it under a different name? Can you save a new scene (or other file) to the same location? Is there enough disc space? Is it actually trying to save a scene at that point - it seems to be mid-render and trying to write something related to that.
I've tried a lot of things. The first pic is if i name the save to 2. The second is if i just hit save. Even if i go through file>save as>scene, it will give the scene save options then give me the same error as pic 2. I even loaded the scene then tried to resave it and it doesn't work. I have an NVMe with 129 gigs left on it so I don't know.
Have you tried saving to some other drive, any other drive but C: ?
All in all i didn't even think about trying that but i did try it now and it works great. I even saved it again as something else. So, thank you very much for your help.
It may be folder permissions, virus protection or windows in general that prevents you from saving into that folder.
In geneneral, it is a bad idea to save anything on the C-drive, especially to any MS premade folders.
I had this EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I also found the likely solution!
Recently, I turned on Windows 10 Ransomware Protection. This security system restricts access to My Documents as well as many other folder. It can even affect your video game save files. If you turned on Ransomeware Protection (or if it was somehow turned on accidentally), then this solution should work for you.
