Exporting figures to COLLADA (*.dae) but pose changes to default

I am trying to export a posed figure to the COLLADA (*.dae) file format, but the result I get is the figure in the default arms out to the side pose instead of the pose I set.

I have fiddled with all the export parameters I could and no change. When I export in .OBJ or .FBX formats the figure's pose is good to go, no problems.

I tried Autodesk's free FBX converter but it hangs up when reading the .FBX files I create with DAZ.

Perhaps this has to do with the COLLADA format and/or maybe I could make my new pose act like a default pose? I am importing to Sketchup which has a default .dae import capability which I am hoping to use rather than purchasing additional .OBJ or .FBX import plugins/extensions for Sketchup.

Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong and/or work arounds would be much appreciated. Thanks!
