Can anyone help Identify the figure and features used in ND Minos?

Hello, so I know this is sillym but I'm wanting to get the HD Minos Bundle, but I'm trying to figure out what the tattoo, figure, tail is from?

    The tattoo is from Kjaer.

    I am seeing Torment (probably 50% Torment Body and 75 to 100% Torment Head), torment skin, eyes, ears and tail.

    Torment was my suspicion, but I didn't feel strongly enough to comment on it.
