Help doesn't let me get it

hi this item doesn't let me get it from my messages I click on it & it loads but to a spinning loading icon.

Anyone has any ideas on how to get it or get it to work so i can hav ethis item?

    Is this one of the new member freebies? I believe there was an issue with those, you may need to open a suppor ticket.
