To Lynday: Sleek n tight dForce Ponytail

This request is directed mainly, but not exclusively, to Lynday. This vendor - in my opinion - produces some of the best dForce stimulated hair.

So, what about a sleek, tight ponytail with the ponytail part designed for dForce simulation?

Linday's hairs are mostly if not exclusively cloth hairs, meaning that they are made like the hairs of old but with dForce modifiers added to them, rather than using the strand-based dForce hair engine introduced a couple years ago. This is neither good nor bad on its own, but a tight ponytail like your image doesn't really lend itself to Linday's style. There are a couple ponytails like that already, like Elyssa, that you might want to check out.
