Iray Alien Metal Shaders--anyone else having problems?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Bought. Paid for. Won't download. Shows up in DIM, but will not download. Has anyone else had this glitch, or is it just me?

    Same here. Purchased, "download failed."

    Yeah - log says error in setting up download file. and then 'network error while downloading to file ""'; operation cancelled. The manual download works and you can drop the result into your DIM download directory to do the DIM install.

    I am also getting this. Has anyone filed a bug report?

    It may take a while to straighten out...all the web folks are swamped or have passed out from overwork due to the forum switchover.    But drop a ticket...it's probably the quickest way to bring it to someone's attention.

    Yup, filed one this morning. I'm personally not in a super-rush for this, so whenever they get to it is fine with me.

    My ticket's  still open, but my last DIM session was able to download it successfully.
