Army PT Uniform

Hi all! I was curious if anyone had made or would make an Army PT uniform for either Genesis 3 or 8. I attached a couple pictures of the uniform. It's fairly straight forward save for the sort of goofy A on the back. I think the idea was that it was supposed to be reflective in case somebody was driving up on you from behind or something? I'm not sure. It came from the same group of people who spent the time, energy and money to rename the folding shovel the entrenching tool so I just sort of shrugged and went on with my day when they handed me the new uniform.
