Problems contacting GamePrint or Integral Reality Labs

Is anyone else having problems contacting GamePrint or Integral Reality Labs?  The telephone numbers on the websites go directly to a voicemail, which states the mailbox if full, so I cannot leave a message.  No one has responded to my emails, either.  PLUS, I cannot change my telephone number in the website, which is required in order to place an order!  However, the website was very capable of taking my money for a .obj downloadable file!
