Can I sell Zbrush-sculpted Baked Morph-Merchant Resources?

Hello, I baked morphs from the merchant resources pack, exported them as single OBJ, and sculpted them in Zbrush. Then I imported the modified morph back into DAZ. Can I sell that as my own character?

That would depend on the terms of the merchant resource, there is no universal answer.

I know it's a dirty move, but will they notice if I change it? Is there any way they can tell I used other people's morphs? I'm simply curious.

Some might, certainly - it is possible to leave fingerprints.
