DIM not opening when I click and install

I just reintalled all my purchases onto a new computer (Quad core Lenove Win 8.1) from a Win7 computer.  I used DIM to reinstall everything with no problems.  I'm now trying to install some new items I purchased yesterday and they don't show up in DIM.  When I go to my orders on the website and click download and install, nothing happens.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled DIM 3 times so I know I have the newest version.  If I run DIM it opens, I enter my pwd, the first time it showed an update for V7and installed it but the new items that I bought weren't there.  Nevermind, seems they got installed with everything else and I didn't realize it.

    Sounds more like a Windows/security thing than a DIM problem...what AV/security software is on the new box?

    McAfee, but not for long.  Seems like I need it for my brain.

    Well, being installed would definitely make it so they won't install again...
