Why Does Daz 3D Need My Address?

I don't quite understand. I'd assume that since this is an online business, all payment methods are through the internet and like most online businesses, require the money on the spot. It doesn't make sense to me. While I do believe this is a trustworthy site, I still feel uncomfortable giving a site my address without knowing why.

So, does anyone know?

Several reasons...one of which is tax purposes.

If you're using a credit card it is a requirement by the card issuer.

  • Ah. Okay.

  • Hmm...I'd say those boys are pretty persuasive. Of course if a person realizes they broke the EULA they could change their address to the address of someone they hate, then move.
