Some Purchased Products Don't Show Up In DIM

Often times I'll be browsing the site and see items I am quite sure I've previously purchased but that do not show "Purchased" beside them. Often I can go into my product manager view in my account area and find them, indeed purchased. Some items also do not show up in Install Manager and no matter how many times I attempt to use the download option that opens the product in install manager, it just won't work and i'll have to download the stand alone files to install by. Is this some error in the products meta data? Just curious what causes this.

    Can you download it using the manual download button in your Product Library?

    IHad the same problem with the Baroque Grandeur "Legacy" file. It won't come up in the Install manager, also DAZ cannot find some of the light files.
