Bullet amd Soft Body physics?

Hi all. I haven't been on the forums for some time due to illness. I am getting back to normalcy again, and this includes learning everything possible about Carrara 8 Pro. Can somebody please point me to a good tutorial on how to use these new physics engines in Carrara? I'm quite disgusted by the lack of documentation on this.
