Color Mapping or Matching.

I've learned how to "Surface Map". But when I get to the face, tht mustache and beard go away, So now to finish I need to match the color of the face to the rest of the body. When I plug in the "Diffuse" numbers, the colors are not the same. Both are M4 models. How do I do it?

There are several surfaces involved in the skin colours ... what I tend to do is remove the images and make a "mats file" of the original desired skin tones. Then apply that mat file to the new figure and add in the new textures, then make another new mat file.
