Mexican hat with poms / tassels

I'm looking for a mexican hat with a tassel / poms fringe around it.  I'm sure I've seen one before, but can't find one now.

Over at Turbosquid there seem to be several Sombreros with poms - not free. I didn't check if they all had an .obj file, that's the file type you'd need.
