G9 General Question

I'm not sure where to put this, mainly because G9 hasn't been released, but this seemed like the most logical place for this question.

I understand there is going to be only 1 base character versus a G9 male and G9 female, is that correct?

Next, would G9 be able to use G8 and G8.1 morphs, regardless of what gender they were under? For example, can I use Rawart's Clarabelle (G8F) AND Rawart's Innis (G8M character) on the same G9 figure? (edited to provide a more exact example of what I am really looking for)

If so, then I can create twins more easily, which would be a huge seller for me.
