Fatal Error in Windows 11

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Every time I try to download Daz Cental on my new Windows 11 computer, I get a pop up that says encountered a fatal error! Is there a fix for this?

    Only happens downloading? Not while installing?

    Download from Daz or install? What AV are you using?
