Not sure if PA's ever check the product suggestion thread... as I am sure they have plenty of their own ideas for projects...
BUT
What I would like to do is
1) Pick a prop/character from my Library, load/morph/scale as normal
2) Click a "Blister-it" button that gives me a choice of round/square/rectangular shape that I adjust to cover the object
3) Click on a "Package-it" button, and have that item atutomatically (magic?) generate a skin/shell that looks like blister packing.
4) Click "Advertise-it" which lets me change the jpg for the backing card to our own custom jpg.
This is what I am talking about...

you possibly could use this

I don't have it and asked many times about it but nobody ever can tell me anything so presume those who have it don't do a lot with it
Maybe use a dforced plane primitive, either dropped over the item you want to blister, or over a form made of primitives to give it the shape you want. Apply a clear plastic shader and you're done.
I have it, but never used it. But there is a Commerical thread. https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/101056/
Here a couple from a quick search on Rendo.

They are not automatic, but they could probably work for some of what you might want to do. I don't have either of them so can't speak from experience.
