Content Manager totally screwed up and inaccessible

See attached screenshot of Content Manager. DAZ Customer Support cannot seem to help me. I have been unable to acces any of my Content on my laptop for over two weeks now. I am going on vacation and cannot take my desktop computer with me.. I can access it on my desktop computer. I tried uninstalling and re-installing DAZ studio on my laptop, but the problem persists. Totally frustrated. I just cannot understand how the underlying database of a major software company's product is so un-user friendly.

. have you tried clicking on the little drop down pane see picture arrowed
or change layout
also if it isn't that reimporting metadata can fix things somtimes too
You need to click on the button as shown, you have closed the panel by accident.
