Store Not Working

Twice I tried to buy what was in my cart and it failed. I rebooted and tried again and now it won't let me select the debit card I want to use. The card has enough money on it. I checked the bank website and I didn't see anything unusual.
I'm using Windows 10 so maybe the store hates it just as much as I do.

It appears to be working after I cleared out my cart, added the items again then went to select payment. It still wasn't allowing me to select my card so I clicked on PayPal then clicked back on credit card again. This time it allowed me to select the card. I didn't get anymore error messages.
