Download help, please?

So I accidentally hit the "Do Nothing" box when trying to download an item through the Download Manager. Like, a window pops up and asks whether or not I want to allow the download, ya know?
So not only did I accidentally hit the "Do Nothing" box, I also inadverantly hit the "Always do this action"... So now when I try to download anything from DAZ, nothing happens.
This is exclusively to do with the Download Manager. Like, I can download, but to use the Download and Install function, I need to know where to find the permission that allows/disallows that,
Anyone have any idea how to undo this???
Thank you!!

Does it download if you launch DIM with "Run As Administrator"?
So if something is inside the download manager already, I can download that fine. Like, if it's already in the queue. But when you're on the actual product page, when it asks if you'd like to "Download and Install" (using the download manager), that's the thing that always created this little pop up window asking me if I wanted to use Daz's software. So there's a permission that I need to change to allow my system (Win 7/Google Chrome) to use Daz's download manager (directly downloading content from the site).
I can download content manually off the site. I can download stuff that's already in the download manage queue, but now the "Download and Install" button doesn't work and I don't know how to change this preference. Since it's a DAZ proprietary thing, I'm hoping someone know how to make it allowable to "Download and Install" directly from the site.
Oh, I see, so it's letting your browser launch DIM that's being blocked. m I'm not sure ow to force Windows to display the dialog again.
Which browser?
Okay! Figured it out...sorta. It was a Chrome issue. I tried everything under the sun including going to default settings, but nothing ever really seemed to work. BUT I jumped over to Explorer and was able to download.
Funny thing is, though, that once I UNINSTALLED all the stuff I was wanting to reload into the computer, it actually dumped all of that into the Install bucket in Download Manager. Which means I don't have to actually go to every single order and re-download...because it turned out that they all populated in the Download Manager once I uninstalled them.
Hoof!! haha
So...downloading...installing...all good. :)
Thanks!!!
You don't have to use the product page at all - items will appear in Ready to Download, with the exception of a few that simply aren't available through the Install Manager if you don't have a local copy yet.
I don't have Chrome isntalled but does this apply? https://productforums.google.com/forum/?_escaped_fragment_=topic/chrome/R1vg3feZVls#!topic/chrome/R1vg3feZVls
