Daz Studio 4.21 is empty and wont open projects

I was asked to re login to daz and now every time I open it shows the picture attached. There is no viewport or content library and its just empty and I dont know why. Logging in and out does not fix it and closing and reopening the program does not fix it.

What happens if you go to Windows > Workspace > Select Layout and select a layout?
