I have had this happen to me several times best advice i can give is close the installer and reopen and try again sometimes the sync on the DIM and Daz studio server causes this issue. Also make sure your firewall isnt blocking the DIM

Go to Settings > Show log file, delete the contents of the log file and save, then try the install again, and post the log.

If all else fails, there's always the option of manually downloading the installer from your Product Library page. I'm not sure how DIM would handle the next time you need an update, though.

This is an install failure, not a download failure.

Check the target partition where you want to install DAZ Studio.  In DIM, that can be found in the settings via the little "gear" icon at the top right of the DIM window.

If that partition (drive letter, etcetera) does not exist, the install will fail.  If it does not have enough free space, the install will fail.  If you do not have authority to it (standard user, administrator protected the partition or folder, etc), then the install will fail.
