GenX not working.. Check this first!

I am def not a DS4 expert,  I sometimes don't even get to play with it for months at a time.  Yesterday I updated and wanted to fool around, I had never gotton GenX to work properly, the screens looked nothing like the Documentation and I always got unsupported figure or only the option to transfer to **Generation X.   Uggg I used to get so frustrated I would just use old M4 and V4 models or buy everything over for the latest generation.  But today I figured out that if you to to Window Panes and put in a checkbox for GenX it will put the Pane for V 1.2.0!  Ok easy to fix Go to Help About and Installed Plugins and Put a Check only in the Pane you want!  I am sure this is documented somewhere but then again I really am as blonde as I look sometimes :)
