Looking for a colorful Retro Futuristic skirt/dress

I'm looking for a futuristic dress or a stiff skirt that you'd see in something like the Jetsons. You know that style: the way old timey people thought people in the future would dress like. 
 

the important part is that silly goofy stiffness to the skirt. I see absolutely nothing in the store that matches that look at all.

but I feel like it's a bit too short and tight and textures are not cartoonish enough. (The latter is easily fixed though with photoshop)

I'll get straight to the point...

I go by the name Clay Stoneham.

I'm a 3D artist and content creator who is brand new to DAZ 3D, but I have put in thousands of hours of practice in two years making custom characters, outfits, hairstyles, small interior environments, and textures.

I just created an outfit like the one in the middle picture you posted (the pink, white, and aqua-blue one).

I call it the Clay Stoneham "60s Funky Future Outfit."
