If you mean you baked it into another morph, by exporting asOBJ or sending over a bridge, then no. What you can do iss ave any changes you directly sculpted yourself, load thsoe as a morph (the reverse deformations option is useful here) and then sell a preset that applies both the JoeQuick sahpe and your own additions at once (or use ERC Freeze to link your morph to the Joe Quick morph). If it is not sold as a merchant resource you can share a morph based on it only a way that requires the original morph to be present (and merchant resoruces usually have at least some limits on how they may be used).
