Morph not laoding

Hi all, I am exporting, at base resolution, a hair prop to Zbrush using GoZ. Every time I send it back, even as a standaloen prop in a new scene it wants to create w new subdivision surface claining gemoatry has changed etc...
I have checked 100 tiems and resolution is at base, it has no otehr options. The same hair prop I export with GoZ in Poser and I can create morphs and send back no issues at all. Is there something else I am missign with DAZ to get GoZ to work othe rthan Base Resolution set?

Are you dividing the mesh in ZBrush?
I am not, its really odd, i even set up a new scene an donly loaded the hair and moved one small part sent it back and still acts like i sent it out at non base and or subD in Zbrush but not doing that, other hair is working fine ...
its an old hair prop called Brooke V4, i jsut loaded in poser and GoZ works fine with it
Anyoenknow why this would randomly happen with a prop i have several other props in teh scen all workign as expected using GoZ :(
