Well, in the actual render process, you can't use speech bubbles. But nothing keeps you from adding the spech bubbles in Postwork, when you put things together in your video editing program.
But you will have to live with your characters not moving their mouths, then... unless you use the phonetics poses to simulate the words, that is.
