Saving a weight-mapped modified dress

I have fixed the weights on a dress that I bought. The skirt wasn't behaving naturally when the wearer was bending at the waist.

Now, how do I save that dress?

    You could save it as a Figure/Prop asset, giving it new details - File>Save As>Support Assets>Figure/Prop Asset. The top of the dialogue has an option to specify the content directory to use - I would make it one that gets backed up - and then the Author/Product fields set the folders to use in the data folder in that Content Directory - I would make the author soemthing like YourName Mods so that you remember  it is a modification of a third-party item
