    There is a banner warning you about this at the top of every page.  If you don't see it then try refreshing your page.

     

    Plus there is a thread              here

    where one of the DAZ_People is posting updates as the progress with getting this error fixed,

    Hmm nope tried that already so many times both in my mac and windows pc
    there is no warning banner of any kind

    You should see a reddish bar at the top of every page on the site , which says  "Notice: Product Download Delay - Thank you for your patience"   and if you click on it, it tells you

    Product download delay

    Unfortunately we are experiencing a delay in the delivery of files to customers. We are very sorry for the inconvenience! But don't worry, we are still recording every purchase made and you will be able to receive your files as soon as the download service is back online, either through DIM or by directly downloading them.

    Ahh yes, I remember that, I closed it (x) and haven't seen it again

    Well, if they are fixing it then we just have to wait for it..
