Advanced Search? Or Search How-To?

I really only want to search one forum.  But I can't find any way to limit my search or to force it to search for an exact phrase.  If I put quotes around the phrase, it looks for the quotes.  Where did Advanced Search go?  Or where can I find instructions for using Forum search?

    That's because there is only the very simple search we now have...anything else, you are better off doing a Google site search.
